AROSE is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Shaun Sadler as General Manager – Partnerships.
Shaun joins the AROSE team with more than 30 years of leadership experience across the energy and resources sector, spanning start-ups, mid-caps, multinationals and not-for-profit industry development platforms.
Most recently, Shaun served as Head of Business Development at IKM Australia, and prior to that, General Manager of the Centre of Decommissioning Australia (CODA) where he led substantial membership growth and built deep collaboration frameworks connecting industry, regulators and government. He is also a Director of the Subsea Innovation Cluster Australia (SICA).
In this role, Shaun will lead AROSE’s member engagement and partnership activity, driving growth for the AROSE membership across Australia and strengthening cross-sector collaboration across resources, defence, energy, agriculture, emergency services and maritime communities.
Shaun’s track record of building inclusive, collaborative and commercially sound working environments, together with his deep networks across industry, regulators and government, makes him a natural fit as AROSE continues to grow as a neutral sovereign integrator, translating space and remote operations capability into practical outcomes across the Australian economy.
