The 2nd annual ROBOPALOOZA space festival will take place in Perth, Western Australia from October 5 – 6, 2025 at the Australian Automation and Robotics Precinct (AARP), which is a world-leading collaborative innovation hub and Australia’s largest test and development site supporting the advancement of automation, robotics, remote operations and zero emissions technologies globally.

ROBOPALOOZA 2025 is envisioned as a vibrant, multi-day event blending:

  • An advanced IEEE space robotics competition – remotely driving a lunar robot prototype —–$5,000 Prize!
  • STEM education – “Build your own 3D printed space robot” – licensed from NASA
  • Startup Company Pitch Battle
  • Industry Robotics Demonstrations,
  • Live Rock Music / Cultural festivities
  • Food Trucks

The event is brought to Perth together with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the world’s largest technical professional organisation dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. The event will attract global visitors to Western Australia, inspire the next generation of engineers and scientists while showcasing WA’s leadership across industries in robotics, automation, and innovation.
