The Design Technology Teachers Association (DATTA) National and State Conference will bring together educators, researchers, and professionals in the field of Design and Technology to share their knowledge, experiences, and best practices.

This year’s Western Australia state conference is collaborating with the national conference and will be held at Edith Cowan University Mount Lawley Campus, Perth from Thursday 30 November to Friday 1 December 2023.

The event will allow participants to engage in discussions on the latest trends, innovations, and challenges in the field of Design and Technology education as well as provide opportunities for networking and collaboration and showcase practical strategies for effective teaching and learning.

AROSE Space Director Newton Campbell will giving a keynote presentation at the event – ‘Charting New Pathways: Space as an Enabler for Tomorrow’s STEM Leaders’.
